:05. also early this morning, firefighters raced to a fire at a senior facility in oakland. this is the second fire at this location in the last 111 days. the -- 11 days. the fire chief says the facility caught fire. the facility sprinkler systems contained the fire to the cart. the laundry room forced evacuations on january 20th. >>> overnight a bomb scare disrupted train service. he spotted a suspicious box with wires sticking out of it. san francisco police then cordoned off the caltrain station at 4th and king streets as a precaution. the bomb squad inspected the item and determined that it was harmless. no one was hurt. the train was scheduled to head back out. the passengers waiting to board were bussed to another station for a new outbound train. >>> 7:06. let's go right back to sal. we have that mess in the south bay because of the big rig crash but you are watching everywhere else as well. >> that's right. we're gonna start at northbound 101 at fair oaks. the chp told janine they are just about to open the lanes here on the 101 but the backup is almost to the san j

will have to pause to get around this. it will be an issue north through oakland past the coliseum. let me take you to the map and shows you what is playing out for sensors. right here we don't see slowing showing up but over the next few we'll see that. we'll track that. our chopper is on scene. once you get past that north into todowntown we have volume traffic heading toward the bay bridge. we'll get back to it. right now also want to show you the accident we're tracking. the crash has folks moved to the side of the road. one on your right-hand shoulder and one in the center divide west 80 around san pablo. the off ramp there. that has traffic jammed up. you can get over at san pablo avenue and get past the backup but that will get more traffic over the next 20 minutes as well. there's the delay. the orange on our maps shows where there is fog. that's prevalent throughout the east bay and definitely for the north bay. watch that as well. now we get back to the approach to the bay bridge which is still moving smoothly. the earlier disabled vehicle sounds like it cleared from the incline.

and oakland and other places. i have known gary for a long time. i am here really to address two issues that were raised by the appellant that i have noticed in my review of the documents. the notice provision, because that seems to be one. and the distinguish between 300' walking distance versus 300' radius and i believe that the appellant really confuses those two ris issues. with regard to notice, expresso subito used radio services, i believe is the same service used by department of public works and a lot of city services in determining how notice was provided. it is granted that apparently there were a couple of stores in a couple of locations that were not noticed in the original notice and i think part of the confusion was the front street versus california street address. and i believe it was royal exchange and potentially coffee close, et cetera. those two may not have gotten the original notice. however, the issue about notice and due process and as i face all the time in federal court, is whether the individuals that did not get original notice were harmed. whether they had

in san jose where i live. i was born and raised in oakland, i went to jail in livermore. here is the part. normal people don't laugh at jail there. i worked there. god bless you if you worked there. i couldn't do that job for two days in a row. i can do it for an hour. an ex-felon who is an extraordinary father. i can become an ex-drunk who is an exceptional citizen. there is a transition necessary for a convicted, afflicted person the and it involves payback. i owe so i go. but i'll tell the incarcerated, hey, if life was fair, you wouldn't be in here right now. you would have parents that cared and gave you the road map to success and they stuck around. they didn't hurt you on wait. they go yeah. if life was fair, you wouldn't have been busted when your partner wasn't. yeah. they love that one a lot. and then i'll say this well, if they locked you up for everything you really did do criminally, when would you get out? they don't like that one at all. so i'm blessed to be here for a brief period of time this afternoon and i'll tell you this, the first thought wrong is my problem. i was f
